The general terms and conditions of the BokiBellano Internet Store are determined by the conditions of purchase and sale of products, realized by the Company for production, the internal and foreign trade of BokiBellano International d.o.o. (Seller). The general terms of businesses of the Internet Store are determined by areas that you can access by clicking on the desired area, all in accordance with the Customer Protection Law and the International Code of Electronic Commerce.

The general terms of business define the activity of the BokiBellano online store, the rights of users, and the business relationship between the seller and the customer.

A BokiBellano online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to customers. It is managed by the Company for production, the internal and foreign trade of BokiBellano International d.o.o. The user is the person who uses the specified system or customer in the BokiBellano online store.

REGISTRATION

By registering on this site, you automatically accept its terms. The form you fill in when registering, it’s necessary to fill out only once, because every next time it’s enough to just log into your account.

As a registered member, you have the ability to sign out from our system, which means that your data will be deleted from our database.

TAXES

All our products are inclusive of Tax and there are no hidden charges.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

To all of our valued customers

You can pay for the items you would like to order through the BokiBellano Online Store in the following ways:

• Payment cards VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
• PAYPAL SYSTEM

PURCHASE BY PAYMENT CARDS

You can pay for your order using the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. Your payment card must be approved for online (Internet) payments by the issuing bank.

When you select this payment method during the online ordering procedure, you will be transferred to the Banca Intesa webpage, which is protected and secure for this payment method. Your payment card details will not be disclosed to our system at any point.

The following data will be requested on this webpage:

Card number, Expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code, all of which you can find on your payment card.

When entering payment card data, the confidential information is transferred through the public network in an encrypted form using the SSL protocol and PKI system as the state of the art encryption technologies.

Data security during online shopping is guaranteed by the payment card processor Banca Intesa Belgrade, wherefore the entire payment process is conducted on the Bank’s webpage.

Our system has no access to payment card details at any time.

The data entry and verification are conducted exclusively by and between the cardholder/user and Banca Intesa, and the online seller has no access to the data exchanged.

Payments may be made with cards issued by local and foreign banks.

Paying in foreign currency is not enabled for Serbian citizens, but only in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Payments are to be made by the cardholder only.

In case of any inconveniences on the Buyers’ behalf, the Buyer is held responsible for all damage (financial and law-abiding).

In case of returns or refunds concerning the goods paid for by the Buyer with a payment card, in whole or in part and regardless of the reason for the return, BokiBellano International d.o.o. is held responsible to effect the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that at the Seller’s request the relevant bank will conduct the refund to the bank account of the cardholder.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order using a PayPal account:

1. Select the desired product (s)
2. Access the shopping cart to continue the purchase process
3. Enter the data
4. For the payment method, select the PayPal option and confirm the payment
5. The system will redirect you to the PayPal platform: enter the username and password and access the account
6. After successfully making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation via mail.

Payment by PayPal is regulated by Article 32 of the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 62/2006, 31/2011, 119/2012 and 139/2014) in paragraphs 2 and 3, prescribes the following:

“Residents may perform payment transactions abroad and through an electronic money issuer – for payment and collection based on the electronic purchase of goods and services. Foreign payment operations of residents – as a physical entity, can perform payment through an institution and a public postal operator that provides payment services in accordance with the law regulating payment services.

Resident’s funds held by foreign e-money institutions for payment or collection based on the electronic purchase of goods and services shall not be considered as a deposit within the meaning of Article 27, paragraph 2 of this Law. “

PayPal payments can be made exclusively by non-residents of the Republic of Serbia. Residents of the Republic of Serbia are not allowed to pay by PayPal by law. In the event of non-respect of the rules, the buyer shall bear criminal and material liability.

By confirming the order, by clicking the PLACE ORDER button, you agree to the Terms of Payment.

SHIPPING

In order to ship your orders to you as safely as we can, we made a partnership with DHL. Their couriers will bring the items you order to your delivery address between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM. Please ensure that there is someone available at the address to receive the shipment during these hours. When receiving the shipment, please inspect the package to make sure there is no visible damage to it. If you notice that the transport packaging is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged as well, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediately notify our team.

If there is no visible damage on the package, please receive the order and sign the confirmation receipt form provided by the courier.

By confirming and clicking on the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button, you agree with the delivery terms and conditions stated.

After confirmation, the order enters the processing status. After processing your order, you will be notified about its status by e-mail.

DHL

For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week. All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item price, with the overall price stated as well.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the unique code of your order that you can use to track your package.

IMPORTANT!

DUE TO EXTRA POSTAL SECURITY CHECKS, SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER TO REACH THE RECIPIENT. CASES LIKE THIS USUALLY OCCUR IN THE TIMES OF INCREASED ’ANTI-TERRORIST’ ACTIVITY.

DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED IN THE BUSY HOLIDAY SEASONS WHEN POSTAL HANDLING OF SHIPMENT GOES MUCH SLOWER.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE SHIPMENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS IMPORT TAXES. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THAT, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE.

The package can be subject to the local taxes of the delivery country – for more information on this, please check with your local customs service office. BokiBellano International d.o.o. can not be held responsible for higher delivery expenses due to the customs taxes or any other matters valid in the country the package is being delivered to. We have tried to provide all the necessary information for the customs so you do not need to pay the customs taxes, only the VAT in your country. IMPORTANT NOTICE – we can not guarantee that the customs will free you off all customs taxes.

DELIVERY EXPENSES – FREE SHIPPING

The cost of delivery is covered by the Boki Bellano International d.o.o. If the customer has made an error while purchasing the item, they cover the delivery expenses of the courier service when sending the item back.

By confirming your order and clicking the CHECKOUT button, you agree with the return/exchange terms and conditions as stated above.

Return and refund costs will be handled by the Buyer, except in cases where the Buyer has received a defective or wrong item.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURNS

If you did order as a guest and you want to return the goods, please fill in the required information.
If you are a registered user please log in to your account; you will find the return procedure inside your dashboard in your orders section.

COMPLAINTS

When receiving your shipment, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If there are visible signs of damage (torn parts or dents), you should not accept the parcel. In that case, please email us your details (first and last name, contact number) at office@bokibellano.com and specify the reason why you refused the delivery. We will contact you at our earliest convenience with further instructions.

If you have received the shipment and discovered, upon opening the parcel, that the delivered goods do not match those ordered or that the details on the invoice are incorrect, please contact us by sending an email with your details (first and last name, contact number, and picture of received item) at office@bokibellano.com (not later than 24h from the time of receipt of said goods) and describe the problem. We will respond by post or email as soon as possible, in any case no later than 8 days from the receipt of the complaint, and inform you of further steps. Sending an e-mail doesn’t mean that a complaint is accepted, it is just a necessary step in resolving a complaint. Complaints are to be resolved within 15 days of the receipt.

The seller is obliged to deliver the goods at the price featured on the internet, plus the cost of delivery. This is valid for undamaged goods which correspond with those featured on the site.

In case of improper product handling that results in damage, it is the customer who is solely responsible for the damage, and reimbursement is declined, with the product being returned at the customer’s expense.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / EXCHANGE / REFUND

Please be aware that according to the Consumer protection act (“Off. Herald of RS”, Nos. 62/2014, 6/2016 – other act and 44/2018 – other act), online shopping through our website www.bokibellano.com is considered distance selling.

In the case of distance selling, the Law provides for the right of the Buyer, considered the Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases an item for his/her individual needs, rather than for conducting a professional activity), to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of delivery of the product. When canceling the order, the Buyer may but is not obliged to state the reason for cancellation.

The Contract Cancellation Form/Statement produces legal effects as of the day it was sent to the Trader.

All returns will be happily accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit right according to the sizing instructions provided, in case the item has any manufacturing faults and damages, or simply if you don’t like it anymore, within 14 days from your purchase. It is not possible to return the product upon expiry of the period of 14 days from the day the Cancellation Form was sent. Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service. BokiBellano International d.o.o. will not be held responsible for such misconduct of its goods.

Following up on the above-explained procedure, our team will proceed to send you the detailed instructions to follow so that you can have a refund.

We don’t accept returns if the item initially ordered has already been worn. This being said, it is mandatory that you return the item as new and undamaged as it has been delivered, in its original packaging.

After sending a request to return the item, the item should be packed and sent via courier service along with the payment confirmation/receipt received after you have ordered the item online. As soon as our team receives the item you have returned and inspects the item’s condition, we will proceed with the process of a refund.

3. You will get to the page with all the information related to your order
4. There you will have the possibility to click on an “EXCHANGE PRODUCT” or “REFUND REQUEST” button and to fill in and send a form

Registered user:

1. Log in with your credentials
2. Go to the “ORDERS” section to find all your orders
3. For each order, you will have the possibility to click an “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN” button that will open the form to fill in and send
4. In the “ORDERS” section you will also find all your open/closed returns.

REFUND

In case of a customer canceling the order contract, the customer has the right to receive the refund or exchange their order for another item. Payment refunds are effective after BokiBellano International d.o.o. receives the item, inspects, and confirms that the item is not damaged.

BokiBellano International d.o.o. is responsible for making the refund equal to the amount that the customer has paid as per the contract with no delays, no later than 14 days after receiving the order contract cancellation request and the consumer sending the item back.

Costs of shipping the item back and refunding taxes are covered by the customer in all cases except if a wrong item has been sent or if the item has been sent as damaged.

BokiBellano International d.o.o. hereby confirms that we will make the refund transfer as soon as we receive the item ordered back from the customer.

Please be aware that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order are NOT going to be refunded.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Please contact us by sending an email at office@bokibellano.com specifying any of your unique data – your invoice/dispatch note number, name, and surname.

As soon as our team receives the necessary data, we will prepare the necessary documentation and send it along with the refund procedure instructions to the e-mail address you entered when placing the order.

In case of returns or refunds concerning the goods paid for by the Buyer with a payment card, in whole or in part and regardless of the reason for return, BokiBellano International d.o.o is held responsible to effect the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that at the Seller’s request the relevant bank will conduct the refund to the bank account of the cardholder.

In case of returns or refunds concerning the goods paid for by the Buyer by PayPal account in whole or in part and regardless of the reason for return, BokiBellano International d.o.o. is held responsible to effect the refund exclusively through PayPal payment method.

The ordered items may not be sent to the addresses indicated on the invoice/dispatch note without first contacting our Online Shop operators by sending an email address specified above to discuss and agree on the return.

IMPORTANT STUFF: Until it’s received by BokiBellano International d.o.o., the condition of the item you are returning is your responsibility. BokiBellano International d.o.o. will not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transport, or any other damage applied to the goods before their arrival. We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched, or stained. All products must be returned in their departure condition (from us) with the package case intact. If in the meantime we run out of stock of the item that has been returned, we will offer you any of the products from our store within the similar price range of the item that’s the subject of the return.

We recommend that in choosing the combination of signs for password you certainly combine capital and small letters, numbers and to create a password consisting of at least 6 signs. We also recommend changing the password at least once per year. BokiBellano does not have access to the password, so the user is exclusively responsible for the protection of the password.

Every user is responsible for the correctness and accuracy of all information entered to the BokiBellano website.

The user guarantees exclusive personal management of the account or via authorized person.

BokiBellano International d.o.o. keeps the data until the recall or signing out of the account in compliance with the legal regulation of the Republic of Serbia. The user may at any point sign out in writing by an email sent to office@bokibellano.com (the mail must be sent from the electronic address where the user signed up as a registered member).

These data (except password) and history of orders at Your account are available to employees at BokiBellano International d.o.o. and other persons if needed when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED AT ONLINE STORE

Personal data of contact person for delivery, i.e. name and surname, address of the delivery and phone number which we obtained from You by the confirmation of the order, are shared with our logistic partner in order to prepare products from Your order and deliver them to the address according to your request. Business partners are authorized to use these data and contact You exclusively for the purpose of the delivery of individual parcels.

SENDING INQUIRIES OR REQUESTS

The user of our website may ask us specific questions via contact forms that are available at our website on various locations or alternatively via email addresses. The data submitted by the user (IP address and/or mail address) in asking desired questions will be used for solving the user’s questions.

In that case, BokiBellano International d.o.o. would collect Your username at these social networks and IP addresses, but BokiBellano International d.o.o. does not have access to Your accounts and passwords of these social networks, or share Your personal data stored with us with the providers of these social networks.

By sending an e-message via webchat form or to email addresses stated on this website the user agrees to general conditions of the use of our online store.

PAYMENT AT ONLINE STORE

The data from Your credit and debit cards, which you enter in order to make the payment at our online store are not accepted and processed at our systems. The processing occurs at the systems and technical and under the legal responsibility of our partners for online payments (Banca Intesa and Paypal), and we just get the information on the transaction status.

BokiBellano International d.o.o never gets in touch with comprehensive data on Your payment card.

The form for the entrance of payment data is secured by an SSL transport code of the greatest reliability.

Security of the data in a purchase is guaranteed by our partners for online payment by having the complete payment process taking place at the pages of Banca Intesa and PayPal. Not for a moment, the data on payment cards are available to our system.

The refund is done exclusively via panels of Banca Intesa and PayPal.

NEWSLETTER AND THE USE OF DATA FOR MARKETING

You may sign up for our newsletter via which we inform You until you sign out about: news in the offer of our online store and retail stores, current marketing activities, discounts for trust -loyalty program, competitions, special events organized by BokiBellano International d.o.o, as well as other current events related to BokiBellano International d.o.o.
